By accessing or using the Ryze Rx website and services operated by Ryze RX LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the services.
Our services facilitate consultations with licensed clinicians. They are not for emergencies. If you have a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
You must be at least 18 years old and located in a state we serve. All treatment decisions, including whether a prescription is appropriate, are made solely by the licensed clinician reviewing your intake.
Prices are shown at checkout and may change. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor. Subscription plans renew automatically until cancelled; you may cancel at any time before your next renewal date by contacting support@ryzerx.com.
By opting in, you agree to receive transactional messages (account alerts, appointment and refill reminders, and order notifications) and, where you separately consent, marketing and promotional messages from Ryze RX LLC at the phone number you provide. Message frequency varies (approximately 2-6 messages per month). Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to unsubscribe at any time; you may also email support@ryzerx.com or call (800) 555-0123 for support. Consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. You must be 18 or older to enroll. SMS consent and mobile phone numbers are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes.
Carrier liability: mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of messages depends on your carrier's network and device, and neither Ryze RX LLC nor any mobile carrier guarantees that messages will be delivered.
You agree not to misuse the services, provide false health information, resell medications, or interfere with the security or operation of our platform.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ryze RX LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.
